Share the Dignity aims to bring dignity to women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and period poverty through the distribution of period products. Donations of period products in the Manning/Great Lakes areas of NSW during the Dignity Drives in March and August, and the annual ‘It’s In The Bag’ campaign stay local.
Operation Christmas Child is a hands-on way to bless children in need around the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies and other fun gifts. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to provide God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world.
Orange Sky provides free laundry and shower services to anyone in need. It also offers a welcoming community space for those experiencing loneliness or isolation. In the Manning/Great Lakes areas of NSW Orange Sky only provides free laundry services, and volunteers operate the service once a week in Taree and Wingham.
Compassion is a Christian international holistic child development organisation. Through its Child Sponsorship Program, more than 2 million children are currently being released from poverty in Jesus’ name. Love Pray Do has sponsored Ugandan child, Joy, since 2018.
